How to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Complete the form below with your email address and any additional information.
  2. Submit the request by clicking the "Submit Deletion Request" button.
  3. Verify your identity when we contact you (we may request additional information).
  4. Receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

About the Data Deletion Process

When we receive your deletion request:

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
  2. Once identity verification is complete, we will process your request within 30 days.
  3. After completion, we will send you a confirmation email.

Data We Will Delete:

  • Account Information: Email address, username, and account preferences
  • Usage Data: Puzzle history, progress statistics, and achievements
  • App Settings: Personalized settings and preferences
  • Uploaded Images: Any puzzle images you've uploaded for solving

Data We May Retain:

  • Anonymized Analytics: Statistical data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Transaction Records: If you made purchases, we may need to retain certain records for accounting and tax purposes (typically 7 years as required by law)
  • Legal Compliance Data: Information we're legally required to keep

Please note that even after deletion, some information may be retained in our backups for a limited period of up to 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted according to our backup rotation policy. Additionally, certain information may be retained if required by law.
